Job Description:

Rosenblum Law, a rapidly growing law firm in New Jersey, is seeking an enthusiastic sales leader to join and manage our A+ rated team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring and building out a remote sales and intake team for our company. The manager will oversee and provide ongoing training and guidance to the team and ensure goals are met. 

Responsibilities:

• Learn Rosenblum Law intake and sales operations intimately
• Perform sales consultations and convert clients at volume
• Hire, train and oversee remote employees 
• Ensure the team meets monthly benchmarks for consultations and client acquisition
• Manage intake team / flow and routing of new client inquiries

Requirements:

• Must have lived at least 3 months in the United States 
• Minimum 3 years phone sales experience
• Minimum 1 year hiring and management experience
• Excellent work ethic and ability to operate in a high-paced work environment
• Loves to engage, socialize and talk to people/outgoing personality
• Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking

Compensation / Benefits:

• $15 per Hour wage, plus uncapped monthly bonus. 
• Expected earnings 1st Year: $50,000-$60,000, high level performers are able to earn more.
