• Work with internal and external resources to deliver data-driven insights about customer behavior, traffic patterns, revenue, conversion, navigation, and engagement
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all online and web analytics data via the continual monitoring and assessment of site
• Develop A/B and multivariate tests and experiments
• Recommend new testing techniques and next-generation testing technologies to improve test quality and effectiveness
• Conduct internal and external keyword research to drive on-page SEO changes and link targets
• Manage the discovery and acquisition of relevant industry and sports blog inbound links - creating tailored content as necessary
• Use Google Analytics to analyze keyword trends to drive SEO campaigns and updates
• Post regularly on the various owned blogs about topics including Criminal Law, Traffic Tickets, Personal Injury and newsworthy events
• Drive creativity in our approach to developing unique shareable content
• Participate in strategic online marketing planning and execution

• Strong critical & strategic thinking skills with knowledge of Internet technologies and trends
• Prior blogging/Wordpress experience preferred
• Basic Understanding of Search engines best practices and how search engine work
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus
• Intermediate understanding of social media (must be active participant on variant social media sites)
• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
