Intake Specialist

Overview

Perform intake responsibilities, this includes inbound and outbound calls from potential clients and creating leads using a CRM. Your role as an intake specialist will be to gather information from potential clients and transfer viable leads to our consultants. You must have great communication skills and manage time effectively. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus. 

Job Requirements 

• 100% fluent in English (spoken and written) – ideally we are looking for an ex-pat
• Conversation Spanish is a big plus!
• Professional headset with microphone
• Quiet work environment
• Good familiarity with computers and common software like Microsoft products
