Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into new clients to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.  
• Surpass benchmark conversion rates and assist the firm in fielding inbound client calls
• Manage a high volume of phone consultations and build genuine relationships with clients through trust and rapport
• Smoothly transition client calls to appropriate team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in legal services or related fields.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal talent
• A dynamic, positive attitude and self starter that thrives in a performance based atmosphere
• Independent work ethic with team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools is a plus.

Compensation:

Our commission-based structure means you have high earning potential.  The more clients you sign up the more you earn.
